next play goes global
I’m writing this from the plane, headed to the Bay Area and New York where I’ll be hosting next play events over the next few weeks.
thanks to the amazing hosts we’ve partnered with, we now have next play gatherings taking place in 15 cities: London, Boston, Austin, Tel Aviv, San Francisco, New York, Austin, Bangalore, Berlin, Paris and soon Chicago, Lisbon, Amsterdam and LA.
we launched next play on Product Hunt last week too, it went great, appreciate all of the support!
upcoming maven lightning talk
I’m hosting a livestream on finding and joining your next breakout startup through Maven, welcome to sign up here. looking forward to it!

I’m spending a lot of time these days sharing on LinkedIn and plan to continue to invest in the platform.
two ways I’d be so grateful for your help:

if you’re open to an occasional note from me when I post something new on Linkedin, drop your whatsapp/email here.
thank you ahead of time, appreciate you!
founders hiring top talent
the next play community now has 10,000+ talented people thinking about what’s next. if you are hiring for any roles, respond to this email — I have a new way to get in touch with folks that may be useful to you. happy to help!
most recent podcast
I really enjoyed recording the latest episode of my podcast with Michael.
Michael Karnjanaprakorn is the founder and former CEO of Skillshare and Otis (acquired by Public). before starting companies, he was an early employee at Behance (acquired by Adobe) and Hot Potato (acquired by Facebook). now, he's exploring new ideas, creating content, and making the most of his sabbatical.
we go deep on how he’s rebuilt his own personal operating system to improve his health and find joy. what he’s doing on sabbatical to find purpose. why getting bored is a good thing. how writing can help you find clarity and ways to improve your process. the common mistakes people make when thinking about their careers, and much more.
